This radio operator qualification authorises the holder to operate a
VHF radio fitted with Digital Selective Calling on board any British vessel which is voluntarily fitted with radio equipment.

We have a full set of VHF DSC training radios in our classroom, so there is no need to use computer simulators.
 

Previous Experience Required: None, Knowledge of phonetic alphabet is useful.
